Dear Clients As of today 1.00 PM we are off for the easter holidays. We will not answer E-mails, we will not attend the phone and will not work on Websites, yes that includes YOUR websites. We will be back at the office on Thuesday next week. In the meantime we only attend URGENT support issues. In the past we experienced that our judgment on what is urgent and what not often differs a bit from some of our clients views on the matter Therefore I would like to give some examples: If I receive a message like, this one its urgent: "I cant get my E-mails because your mail server doesn't work and I am waiting for an important document to be send to me from a client" If I receive a message like: "We need to change the picture on my homepage, my wife says its ugly" I will not even respond whilst on vacation. :-) For technical support, if urgent, please send E-mail to info@clevermarketingspain.com Before you send that E-mail please do the following: 1. Restart your computer 2. Check if you are conected to the Internet (try www.google.com) 3. Check spelling of any password you use 4. Make sure you made an infocasa web update 5.
