Open letter from Wolfgang to settle rumours about a possible sale of the company

Dear Clients, dear Members of Staff
Recently the word was out that Clever Marketing S.A. is for sale. This understandably caused some of our clients as well as some team members some undue concerns.
I would like to take this opportunity to announce that Clever Marketing is NOT on the market.
It is true that we received a statement of intent from a competitor to take over Clever Marketing. The shareholders did consider the offer but decided NOT to sell the company.
It is our intention to grow the company as opposed to get rid of it . We see a lot of future for the restructured company and we are aiming to become an internationally known and respected company in the online marketing business.
